A home center like Lowe's or Home Depot--probably in the garden dept. Or you could try an arts and crafts store like AC Moore or Michael's.

Old wooden toy boxes from the flea market are great ways to go. Very versatile as a newborn my can put blankets extra clothes etc. in it. Toys when they get older. Or get a plastic hamper for the baby then you can fill it with all sorts of things even from the dollar store. another thing i do is everyone takes car of baby but usually forget mom i do a little basket for mom with bath and body stuff, massagers, if they like wine i put a bottle of wine in it for after te baby just something to make her feel good. even purse size photo albums. I do it for dads to just change things up a bit especially if its a couples shower. I buy the cigars that say s it's a boy or girl for dad.get something for mom, get them both the miniature photo albums so they can take to work. a bottle of wine to wine glasses etc.hope this helped.

Try Hobby Lobby or a craft store that is close to you. You could also try Tractor Supply. They usually have smallers tubs for feeding small animals.

I would check eBay if you have the time to have it shipped. With Easter just around the corner there are a TON listed!
You can also check out GoodPails.com...they have a really cut supply of buckets!

Someone did the same thing for me but they used a baby bath tub. It was great! I loved it. She got a tub and then filled it with various items. I thought it was a really great idea.
Her mother got me a duffel bag and then filled it with a bath rob and slippers for me, for when I was in the hospital, and then filled it with various baby items. That was also a great gift!

Maybe Michael's or the Rag Shop. I would try looking in any arts & crafts store. Good luck!

That's a good idea. I always try to include something for the mother like silk pajamas or something that she can use after the birth to be comfertable in. She's gonna need it.

You can always try Pier One. Call around to local art/craft supply stores, etc. also.
