You can force him to love you of course! Try to be friends with him (JUST FRIENDS), if you're having a good time and u like other's company and friendship, then show him that u like him more than a friend... U have to be very careful because u might destroy a good friendship by doing that...

I would say move on, because if not you are going to wait and wait and wait for nothing from him. You might even make him see that you are a good boyfriend, but don't date someone else to make him jealous. Actually move on and worry about your happiness, but support him in his decisions, and still be his friend.

BASICALLY YOU GOT TO ASK YOURSELF DO I WANT TO WANT FOR HIM TILL HE MIGHT HAVE FEELINGS DOWN THE ROAD OR JUST MOVE ON AND KEEP THE FRIENDSHIP. I BEEN THROUGH THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES AND SOMETIMES IT IS JUST BEST TO STAY FRIENDS AND YOU NEVER KNOW DOWN THE ROAD THINGS MIGHT CHANGE
WELL GOOD LUCK

try talking to him more about it. That will definitly help. It will make u feel better to. if he isn't interested in a relationship, try being friends with benefits. those are also fun!

Start being his friend, things will get better. Then casually ask him if he will go out with you.
I hope everything goes well,
*hug*
