There is no hard and fast rule about chapters. They can be as long and as plentiful as what feels right for the author. Some writers don't break their novels into distinct chapters but use simple section breaks throughout the story. There is no correct formula.

You don't even need chapters. You can have one chapter or a thousand, but that'd probably be irritating.

It's all up to you, whatever feels most comfortable. Chapters are usually done to make something episodic, after a logical end in an event or situation you close it by starting a new chapter.

I would say about 25; then again, I read The Da Vinci Code and it was 100 something chapters and I was still interested. However, I will go with my first answer.

i kno of stories that had one-page long chapters, honestly that was hilarious, but i think at least 10 would be good, depending on how long the story is, setting changes, time gaps and so on i think that would be good
