Some girl claims that I spread rumors about her and yelled at me for it. I told her what is up. she continued to say stuff to me. after a spat, she yelled at me. than i wrote her an email cussing (sort of) and blocked her from myspace, THEN reported her to myspace. What do you think will happen? I appreciate all input. She cant get me for harassment?

You did everything you could have done. Now just ignore her and block her. Have your profile be private.

No, she can't get you for harassment. The only thing that she could do is get you for bad language and that's about it. However, if you like said that she's fat, or put her down with something against her sex then she can get you for harassment. I'd probably do the same to tell you the truth. Why is the rumor thing such a big deal anyway? I think that if things turn out right, she'll forgive you and put up with you. I wouldn't but you never know. Good Luck!=)

I would say report it to Myspace but when I had that problem they didn't fo anything. Just wait for a response. BTW I got rid of mine...too many children on it, it's a joke.

My guess is, nothing will happen to you and probably nothing to her. You took the right step by blocking her from myspace, this way she can't contact you again. Hopefully she has no other way to reach you so that should be the last you hear from her.

put them on ignore. well she can still report u, but u might just get a warning. and if u are both still in school the school boards can get u in trouble with the school. trust me i hav seen it happen. send her another email and apoligize even if its not ur fault. u ll just come out as the better person! way to go!
and if ur still having problems with her just dont talk to her but let the emails keep comming cuse then ucan use tehm against her. and dont deleete them

web harassment is near impossible to prove or prosecute because of the anonymous nature of the internet. Other then that, just try to ignore her if she is acting like a spoiled brat.

Myspace! facebook is as boring as hell. you won't be able to personalize your profile or some thing. All you actually do is upload apps, refer to human beings, and submit pictures. what's up with that?

If she responds to your e-mails, save them and then forward them to her ISP or whomever her e-mail account is with. They will take action and possibly terminate her account. Keep track of any interaction with her that you have. That way if she tries to say that you harrassed her, you'll have proof to the contrary.
