Two products that are easily available here in the UK -
#1 Blistex Intensive Moisturising cream - comes in a little tube and tingles when you apply it. It plumps them up beautifully
#2 Nivea cream - plain old Nivea is the very BEST lip balm for volumising what you have. I like to slather it on before bed too - you wake up with fabulous lips. Since a pot costs 99p you should really give this a try! I carry a pot around with me and top up when my lips get dry.

For makeup tips, don't go over your natural lip line - it looks terrible and it will give you pimples around your lips. Use a brush to define the edges of your lips and use a shiny gloss over the top to make them look big - MAC lipglass is awesome (although a bit sticky if it spills in your makeup bag - be carefull with the lid!) and you can get shades as well as the lovely clear variety. Use fresh colours and avoid dark shades as they can make small lips look smaller.

When you brush your teeth you can gently brush your lips to exfoliate any dry skin, but don't be rough!

Best of luck x

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT , go over your natural lip line, it looks really weird, I've seen a lot of females who do that and it looks fake, well why? because they go over their natural lip line, just outline ur natural lip line, what's with the obsession of having fuller lips? If u were black ( which I am) back in the day it was looked at like it was a disease cuz it's natural for us, but do the suggestion mentioned by tiny blonde ok! and be comfortable with who you are and not what society deems is apropos to be beautiful OK, because you are beautiful just the way you are w/o the "bigger lips" OK!

wear a moisturizer at bed time. Revlon has a 12 hour lip gloss that does not rub off- use a barely there color and color outside your lips. When dry, use the other end for the shine - it is like an oil.

To make you lips look fuller, you should apply the lipliner around the outer edge of your lips, apply lipstick, and then apply lip gloss just in the center of the lips and rub together...

Lip Venom by DuWop awesome! It's spendy, about $16 for one lip gloss, but I think it is well worth the price

I saw this tip in a magazine sounds weird but works...put Vaseline on your lips and brush with a tooth brush, it really does make your lips look fuller and it removes dry skin.

bath and body works carries a patricia wexler lip plumper, she's a dermatologist. the plumper works well and it comes in colors so it's like a lip gloss. it timgles a little but it doesn't sting or anything.

Also if you put a dab of gold eyeshadow or lip color in the MIDDLE of your lips then smoosh them together it makes your lips look bigger.
