The question asks "Available starting from _________"
does that mean when i can start working there?
if so, what if i can start now...what do i put "march'' or simply "now''?

"Immediately" is fine :-)

Yes, they want to know when you can start (if you have another job and want to give two weeks, if you have travel plans, etc.)

(Don't say "March" that doesn't give me a date!)

Put down today's date

Put in "next day after job offer" or "same day after job offer" or immidiately after sexual advance.
