A little Soap a little water and a big pressure washer.
you can get one anywhere that will clean the patio like new.
I put a heavy on the comet mixture of water and comet on the patio then let it sit for a while and pressure wash it off.

Pressure wash all the way! Pressure washing cleans everything off the surface as well as deep into concrete.

You can buy a chemical patio cleaner that you pour over your patio then use water and a brush. It makes even the dirtiest patios like new.

pressure washer, or one of those adapters you can put on the end of your hose to narrow the nozzle/concentrate the flow - smaller opening means higher pressure, and cheaper to own than a pressure washer!
oil-based stains probably need a detergent; there are some which are nice to the local environment, even, that still do a super job of cleaning!

acid rinse is for taking everything off of concrete then you power wash then neutralize it.it is how contractors get cement ready to paint

Can you get hold of a power washer? I had mine power washed ans was so pleased with it, it even had kind ofshiney glassy crystals in it that you could not see before. It was jsut sparkling.

warm water and baking soda!! and a deck scrubber you can get them from a hardware store! then rinse it with water and lemon juice!
