This is why circumsizing was invented...so men and boys wouldn't needlessly suffer through various infections brought on by unsightly foreskin. I feel sorry for him, you as parents did him an injustice...I hope he finds a woman who's cool with that. I personally don't want to put something in my mouth that get's infections quite often and traps dirt and grim.

The problem could result from a variety of things, and thus there are several things you (or rather, he) should do.

First, it could be a bad reaction to strong and/or scented soap or detergent. Some chemicals can irritate the foreskins of some guys. Second, it could be that his hygiene in the area isn't as good as it could be. This could also lead to the problem you describe. Third, he could be masturbating too much/too rough. It's common for uncircumcised guys to use no lubrication, because they generally don't need it. That doesn't mean that he wasn't too rough. And lastly, it could be an infection.

What he should do:
If he's using a strong and/or scented soap, change to a mild and scentless soap. You might want to change the detergent used to clean clothes and such, but that's unlikely the case. He should also retract the foreskin as far back as it'll go comfortably (by now he should be able to retract it so the entire glans - penis head - can be exposed) and wash the area with water and mild soap like any other part of the body during a shower, at least once a day. He should masturbate less (it'll be hard to resist, but it might hinder healing).

If he does all this, and it doesn't resolve itself or improve in a week, it's probably an infection. The while smelly fluid could be either smegma (from not having good hygiene) or it could be pus from an infection. Regardless, this generally isn't a huge deal, as you'll just need to take him to the doctor and he'll be prescribed either a cream or a pill to take.

Do note that whatever the case may be, it's not overly serious and easily treatable. Circumcision is overkill in this case (and in most cases in general), so ignore any suggestions concerning it unless it's something your son really wants, which is probably unlikely. Anyway, look to the link for more info that might be helpful.

Ask your son if he is sexually active. It sounds like he may have a yeast infection from a partner or if he is not sexually active he is not practicing proper hygene. He should wash more often and pull the foreskin back and wash underneath.
The smelly liquid may not be liquid at all, If he does have an infection the skin will tend to peel and clump up under the foreskin this is what smells. The raw skin will be itchy for a few days but should clear up on its own in about a week. You may choose to buy a cream for yeast infections this should help with the itching and speed up recovery time.

If he's uncircumcised he doesn't need lubricants; I've never heard of a guy that uncut and needing lubricants; sometimes it's the other way around (cut guys getting sore due to lack of lubricant).

As for the white fluid, tell him to slide back his foreskin and wash/rub under it each time he showers (no biggy; takes five seconds). Any soap will do, however, if he says that he normally does that, and if he recently changed soaps, it may be the soap that's causing all this.

If he thinks it's an infection, buy him an anti-fungal or anti-yeast cream. Girls also get these and no surgery is needed to get rid of them. Eventually everything should get all right. =)

(Ignore the circumcision guy that posted; hygiene shouldn't be a problem; it takes five seconds to slide the foreskin back and wash; and it feels good since you rub the head)

First off, I'm not going to ask how you know he masturbates at least once a day. That's something fathers should not be privy to. It sounds as though he is not cleaning himself properly after his sessions. After the fact, he should clean himself with warm soap and water, and he might want to fore go the activity for a few days until the condition clears up.

I would also recommend an application of Neosporin ointment.

It is best to see a doctor. Rashes are the most mysterious conditions, and one of the few that cannot be diagnosed without a doctor examining it.

It could be a yeast infection, it could be a simple rash from friction or using lotion/soap to masturbate. If he is using soap or lotion to masturbate, either get him to stop using it or get him something that will not irritate the skin.

To clean, use a gentle cleanser and gently clean it. Soaps without fragrance are the best(such as Cetaphil).

It is best to stop masturbating until it is healed, as it will only aggravate it even more. See a doctor asap to see if it is something that requires antibiotics, a cream, or just needs to be left alone.

It is very normal. When you masterbate, it's caused by dirty hands, and/or he didn't clean his sperm good. make sure your hands are clean and then you eject, clean it clean.
