How dare they accuse this man...Who cares if the blood of the Towers victims are on his hands.......Why bother with the facts of his being the mastermind of 9/11 and various executions of innocents...The LIBS say he is only confessing to please his tormentors...and will not stop till he has been given a nice hot meal a blankey and a bed time story the night before they let him go to continue his fight against the US that the LIBS are so proud of him for.....
And remember my fellow cons...a LIBS OPINION..is ( in their minds) the equal or better of any FACTS we have and evidence we can provide

For those concerned about the constitution being violated. If he is classified as an enemy combatant, which he is, he will be tried under the Military Commissions act and not in a civil court. The rules are very different. The classification of torture under that act is that it causes lasting physical damage. Nothing done to him will cause that so under the law he will be tried under, he has not been tortured. So no problem. And it will be much easier to give him the death sentence something he richly deserves.

Can we just assume he's innocent.....

!!!

Why because you think it is more likely an elaborate Bush admin conspiracy and that a muslim picked up at an alquaida training site who is interrogated and eventuallty admits to doing the things he has done.

I hope that walstreet journal reported who got his head cut off meets up with you in hell to shoots you in the face for fighting for the freedom of his murderer.
