I like Janelle but not Anais. Plus I love Jayden Alexander.

Love Anais, hate Janelle. I'd use Anais for a first name and ditch Janelle entirely.
As for "Jayden" -- it seems to me that every mother on this board is thinking about naming her kid Jayden, Jaden, Kayden, Kaden, or Kaydence.
Seriously, do a search on "Jayden" and you will find literally dozens of mothers asking the same question. It's turned into this generation's "Michael."

I like Janelle but not the middle name so much. But if it has a good meaning stay with it! I love the Jayden Alexander!

I would change the first middle name. How about Janelle Annias (pronounced An nigh us)? Jayden Aaron.
