I was told to buy the strapless bustier(longline bra) smaller than my regular bra size. I tried on one that was my true size in a bra and my breast felt like they were going to fall out.

Get it to fit, you don’t want anything digging in. See if they have few hooks so it can be adjusted more.

I would have to say to get a bra that is atleast 1 size smaller than you because the longline part of the bra is to act like a corset and make you a sexy smaller size. The color should be a white satin or a black satin.

I bought a fit one from Victoria's Secret before but since ther was so much padding to hold my boobs up, the bra kept slipping down.
