In otherwords you committed adultery and are pregnant? Wow and the father of this pregnancy doesn't see anything wrong here? Are you from Arkansas? As far as your divorce you could probably get an annulment since obviously the only consumation you've had has been with a man other than your husband.

You need to hire a lawyer. The cost will vary depending on the lawyer and the services you will need, but some can be done for under $500, but the more complicated ones are done for over $500 a person.

Because (I'm assuming) you don't have kids together, the divorce will be quick and painless and probably not that expensive.

But you need to hire a lawyer.

Divorce is automatic. They sure won't let the prisoners out for a divorce court. You can always claim adultry and that is automatic in all the United States.

Well you may be able to get an annulment if you didn't sleep w/ him yet. You will need to ask a divorce attorney about that. If not you can just file for divorce at your local court house. If it is uncontested you can be single in a month.

You need to go to the superior court house of your residence and file for divorce. Then mail these papers to your husband for him to sign and ask him to mail them back to you. Then take these papers to the judge to sign. Ask in the court the exact procedure of how to handle that. I think you can get this all done without the lawyers involved.

Call a divorce atty. Getting a divorce from an inmate is not going to be a do it yourself project.

Contact a local divorce attorney, or the legal aid society. They will be able to help you.
