Hmm, two would be hard to choose.
One definate would be the Dalai Lama because based on what I've seen/read of him he is a supremely intelligent person while being very human/modest and witty. Probably not a common mix.
The second (although not at the same time) could well be Daley Thompson. He was my childhood hero, no other reason than that.

As in movie star, or anyone well known?
I would love to have dinner with Don Lynch (Titanic expert) and Ken Marshall (Titanic illustrator). I have been obsessed with the Titanic since I was in 5th grade (I graduated high school five years ago) and this would be such an interesting conversation for me.
For known celebrities I'd choose Colin Firth, and Jane Austen (Author of "Pride & Prejudice).

The Dalai Lama - because he's amazing, I think to be in his presence would be a life changing experience.
Bob Dylan - because his talent overwhelms me. Though I think I would be so overwhelmed I don't have any idea what I would say to him.
