Less. i am a clerk. People feel that all i do is type letters and keep files. They have no idea what it is like to be a clerk in the Information technology department in a big corporation. I like it though.

Yeah, it does make me sound like I know more than I really do. I feel that they make big fancy names for our position title to boost our self esteem and try to make us feel proud to do what we have to do to make a living.
