I was on the Virginia State Police Sexual Offender website and my best friends boyfriend was on there for aggravated sexual battary and he is wanted. I never knew he was a sex offender utnil today. Well it said if I knew his whereabouts to contact the state police. She recently e-mailed me and said they were in Arizona. I have not heard from her in over a year until that e-mail. Should I call the state police and let them know he is in Arizona??

It's a tough one. What is the right thing to do, you think? What about the rest of people that may become him victims? Perhaps, you don't know them, they are not your friends, but the guy has to take responsibility for his actions.

I would what if he does it again. It could be someone you know the next time. What if does it to a kid? The man deserves to be in jail.

is your friend aware of this?
if you know this you need to tell. he could be a danger to others, including your friend.
or this could be as easy as he needs to pay a fine.
either way your friend needs to know. maybe she can help you decide!
good luck!

i think you should turn him in and make sure to tell them that this is an anonymous call and not to mention your name. i would do it only to protect my friend from future harm, think about her safety and not his.

Yes, your friend might be in danger. This might be why she e-mailed you.

I don't think this is the forum for this sort of thing. You need to decide what you think you need to do.
