Was I the only one who noticed that the CIS in the prequels consisted of the ugliest aliens the universe had to offer, then palpatine fills his ranks and surrounds himself with humans? By the time of the original trilogy the only uglies left hide out in bars and with Jabba away from the reach of the opressive and racist Emperor? What's with that? Am I the only one who noticed?

Actually, you're quite astute! If you read any of the books, whether they be of the main story lines or otherwise, there is some mention that Palpatine strongly dislikes non-humanoid aliens. I suppose in that sense, he is racist.
And for everybody else saying to get a date or something to that effect, how much better are you for taking the time to answer this question?
