( I am considering not taking any more meds. I have been charting, no go. Any oppinooin is appreciated. My husband says don't bother witht he chart either, just take it as is.

I understand where your husband is coming from in just letting it happen naturally.

But on the otherhand I tracked my period not because I wanted to get pregnant but so I would know when it was coming and when I was ovulating (so if I wanted to decrease my chances of getting pregnant) but occasionally things happens and u do get pregnant even when its not planned. I'm 17 weeks preggie and found out that missionary position is the best position to try as well any other position that allow for deep penetration.

Also, try stay laying on your back with your hips elevated after being intimate with your husband since it will help in the process of ttc. But remember not to stress cuz it will only make things harder.

Good Luck

My #1 recommendation: read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. Make sure you are charting correctly and talk to your doctor about your concerns.

Your husband is probably just trying to help you relax and not worry too much, but I find that taking control in the form of properly charting cycles and using ovulation kits helped me more than just "letting it happen".

We tried the "letting it happen" course for a year, then I read the book and charted and found out that I was only ovulating once every 3-4 months! At that rate, it was nearly impossible to get pregnant! So I talked with my doctor and eventually worked out a way to ovulate more regularly.

Best wishes to you!!

It will be helpful if you keep track of your cycle, to find out when the best time to conceive it, but most of all, don't stress!

Go to fertilityfriend.com to begin charting. There'a a ton of info. to read there too.

Both times that I wanted to get pregnant, I used the Ovulation test strips. You pee on a test and it tells you when your ovulating. It worked both times!! Good Luck!
