The true leader is a leader without being identify. S(he) doesn't need medals or prizes or public recognition. S(he) is respected by all the people s(he) knows and in all situations

True leaders are the ones that take charge in situations. When other people are frantic about what to do a true leader will be there and you will know it. If someone is a true leader then you will listen to them and you won't know why.
