I was suppose to start my period on the first of this month. I didn't start until last night. When I woke up this morning it was gone. I recently got my tubes tied in June 06'. I didn't think pregnancy could be an issue. Is this normal or should I get a pregnancy test? I don't need anymore kids I already have three. So what's a girl to do?

I think you should contact your obgyn, I'm sure he'll ask if you are also having pain along with the abnormal bleeding. If that's the case then I would set up an appointment asap. It doesn't hurt to take a test either-as long as what you do can let your mind rest at ease, I wouldn't let it get you too worked up.

It could just be an abnormal period from stress or changes in your diet. I'd take a test to be sure. A friend of mine got her tubes blocked (Essure insert) and had her 3rd child a year later. :O

Are you usually irregular? Had this happened before? If the answer is no then I suggest you get a pregnancy test. I can imagine how you feel, but before you get too worried make sure you are pregnant. Best of luck!

defo get a pregnancy test as it is always better to be safe than sorry. You may find it could be nothing as the same has happened to me before, however one time it turned out I was pregnant! Definatly get one, and good luck!

Ask your doctor. Or track it for a few months if you are still worried, then go.
