You're probably referring to some former coin currency of 2 1/2 cent from the Netherlands, Netherland Antilles, Curacao, or Netherland East Indies. Without a date, I can't tell you the specific value of your coin. But in general, Curacao 2 1/2 cent coins are about $0.50 to $3 each in circulated conditions, and Netherland Antilles 2 1/2 cents are from as low as $0.10 to $1 in circulated grades, depending on the type(aluminium or bronze metal). The other 2 country and colony are harder to determine. Could be as low as $0.25 up to hundreds depending on condition, date and type.

I cound not find any info on a "2 1/2 cent piece". There are half cent pieces, 1 cent, 2 cents.
