yes...I would tip him or her at least 10 percent...most of the time people in those types of businesses live off the tips that people give them for services provided...they went to school to learn that trade...but still only make minimum wage...I take this from experience being a liscenced cosmetologist

attempt and save the section moist, and don't mess with it too lots. it is going to be ok adequate by using Thursday to be hidden with a good concealer. i actually advise Dermablend for something like this; truthfully each and every physique could have Dermablend of their splendor equipment for emergency concealment of all kinds. while the promenade evening comes, take your bathe early so your dermis has time to quiet down. Use a comfortable moisturizer, enable it take up. Then word your makeup, leaving the foreheadarea for final. word the concealer if the section continues to be seen, set it with a touch powder, then do your foreheadcolor if mandatory. purely a tip, after the 1st hour, no one is going to word in case you have a touch of aggravated dermis, so get your pictures on an analogous time as your makeup is clean, then purely rejoice for something of the evening. Years from now you will no longer remember your brows, yet you will remember how lots exciting you had. Promise. ;-)

I'm an esthetician -- you should always tip anyone in the cosmetology industry for any service. 10% is the norm (though no one complains if it's more :)

15 - 20% since they're professionals and would get as much as a stylist .... you don't want to be too 'cheap' b/c most likely if you do start a 'routine' you'll want the same person and if you're cheap they won't want to service you! (make sense?)
