my brother is stuck in a game called pokemon silver, and he needs help with two things....
1)does anybody know how to get the rock smash "HM" in pokemon silver
2)Where do you get a "poke flute?"

okay. 1st
rock smash is given to you from the lady after u put water on the sudwoodo.
2nd
pokeflute is on the radio in kanto not johto.

After you get the Plain Badge from Goldenrod, you get the water bottle from a lady in the garden house, after sprinking the water on the Sudowoodo blocking the path, the Hiker east of the tree will give you Rock Smash.
the Pokeflute is on a channel on the far right of the Kanto Pokeradio.

u get rock smash in oviline city[check in every building u might find some sailer with his talking about his pokemon knows rock smash and he'll teach it to u] and the poke flute in kanto u get it from
