feta, brie, blue cheese are known and watch your seafood fish intake I say you should stay away from it all together. They say tuna fish is ok, or I haven't heard nothing bad about tuna fish. Just years ago on the news some lady at it everyday and her baby had too much mercury in the system. Everything you eat must be cooked. Heat up cold cuts, read label's carefully.

Sushi. Brie Cheese and other dairy products related to brie. Wild meat that hasn't been thoroughly cooked through and through. They say to not eat fish like tuna because of mercury content (couldn't eat it anyway, got sick the whole pregancy just thinking of tuna) And that is about all I can remember although I did eat whatever I wanted anyway as long as it didn't make me sick - except for sushi that I didn't touch.

Just extremely hot foods. not only will they give you heartburn, but it's not good for the babies blood. Also drinking liquor of course. Any drinks like soda should be avoided because of caffine. So that eliminates your coffee too. As far as simply food. Stay away from junk food because whatever you eat, the baby eats and if you pig out, the baby will crave that kinda food when he/she is older.

the only foods that you should really look out for are certain types of fish. tile fish and shark are two, but i cannot remember the others. there aren't really that many. people will tell you not to eat cold cuts and hot dogs and all types of crazy things, but they are fine as long as you are not eating them all day every day.
