I have just bought a 2gb memory card for my N70. It works on the pc but not on my phone. The phone cannot find a memory-card, if i put it in. But on the pc i can also put music or other files in it. The phone says "no card found".

I hope someone can help me with that. Thanks a lot. Even a tip would be very greatful.

Thanks

I tried to format the card using the phone, but the phone does not "know" that there is a memory card inserted. It just says "no memory card inserted".

And I know that it is the right card and that it is not a fault of the phone because i have one more card the same size which works perfectly. It is a 64mb card.

it could be that your phone doesnt support the size or the card. Some phones are weird like especially with the brands. Thats why I always would suggest Sandisk brand.

maybe your 2GB card is the SD card, not RS-MMC. These two look the same in size but their functions are different.
Nokia N70 only support RS-MMC which has a maximum of 1GB memory on it. So Your 2GB card may just as substitute for future use.
