At the moment I am constantly flirting/being nice to 3 of my favourite men I see almost everyday.
because I dont want to get my hopes up for just 1 guy.
its been 2 months now.
but things dont EVER get serious, and we are just plain friends,IS IT BECAUSE IM NICE?
I HATE to make THE FIRST MOVE,on friends
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Are you waiting for any one of them to make a move? Or are you interested in one in particular? That's the first thing you've got to figure out.

Second.... From a guy's point of view, a friend who flirts was not always on my romance radar when I was single. (Guys are not the sharpest crayons in the box about those things.)

If you have one guy you're interested in developing something more, just up your flirtation meter a little. You don't have to overtly say anything. Put a hand on his arm; stand a little closer to him when you're talking; make him more aware of you as a woman. Then, let his hormones do the work.

I think you should overcome your ‘not wanting to make the 1st move’ hang-up. Take control of your life instead of waiting for life to happen. If you know what you want in a relationship, start querying the men to see if their opinions match yours.

And then, being straight-forward and honest, inform the like-minded man/men about your favorable assessment for compatible and ask if he/they are interested in taking the relationship to the next level.

As a man, I would very much appreciate your honesty and candor. Also, I find confidence and assertiveness in women to be very sexy.

Talk less. Listen more. Guys love a good listener. Think about it,
how many of your close friends are good listeners and how many are long winded. Let your flirtations be subtle-just enough but not too much. Also each guy might just think you are interested in one of the other two.
