Try seeing if you can give yourself little rewards when you meet goals. As a college student I also get finished with classes, and wonder why would I want to do homework when I can go out with my friends? So instead I set goals for myself, like if I finish all of my reading for two classes I'll get a dish of ice cream, and if I finish all of my homework I'll go out for dinner.
Maybe see if someone can help you with it, like your parents or sibling who can hold on to your 'prize' until you accomplish your goal.
When the weather is nice try taking your homework outside and enjoying the sun, or even studying in groups with friends. If you combine these ideas, studying and doing homework doesn't seem so bad.
Hope this helps you, or at least helps you think of more ways to be inspired to do your homework.

Well, first of all, living without enough income to put a roof over your head, drive a car, eat food, have heat, water, electricity, etc. would be incentive enough. You need good grades to get into a college that will get you anywhere you really want to be. I am not dissing community colleges, but how many doctors do you think come out of community colleges. The higher the education you get is directly proportional to the amount of money you can make in your future. To put it straight to you...you have to work hard in life to get the things you want and it is easier if you start at your age rather than wait until you are 20-25 and realize all of this stuff on your own. Good Luck!!

Think about it this way you dont do your homework then that equals working some crappy hole in a wall job for the REST of your life. Im a college student and trust me there are and when I was in grade school there were plenty of times where I didnt give a damn about homework but its important. and I forced my self to do it. I have goals that I want to achieve and that means getting great grades and getting a my BA and my Masters degree. Which means getting a job I love and that pays decent.
What you need to inspire you is setting goals for yourself. My goals and dreams always inspire me.

It will prevent the next 20 weeks being grounded. Who wants to come home and stay there?

Your own abilities should inspire you. Think of all your intelligence going down the drain.
You may be smart, and book smarts aren't everything, but having the grades to prove your intelligence on paper means everything to the gatekeepers, such as colleges and employers.
