Of course there's a chance you got pregnant because the condom broke. That's how my nephew was conceived.
When the condom breaks, its time to head to the drug store and pick up some Plan B or "morning after" emergency contraceptive pills.
You need to take them within 72 hours of unprotected sex, so its too late now. Just hope for the best, and next time, keep a box of Plan B on hand just in case. Also, you should use condoms with spermicidal lubricant or Ensure spermicidal inserts along with the condoms.
To help prevent breakage, use KY Jelly with the condoms, but never any oil-based or petroleum-based lubricants.

There might be a slim chance you could get pregnant though I would doubt it since your period just passed. I would not worry about it though. Just to be on the safe side, don't have sex unless you know the condom won't break. Sperm can live in the female body for 3 days after being deposited!

you might be pregnant or you might not be
nobody knows it right now
you need to wait until your next period and take a pregnancy test
i suggest you start eating pineapple lots of lots of that until your next period
it helps to get rid of baby if there is any in there.
good luck

I guess there could always be a "chance". But, because you were on day 8 of your cycle, you are probably ok. Just wait until your next cycle - and don't stress about it.

a very small chance. since you just had your period i would say that you should be ok because you shouldn't be ovulating yet.
