You have to check in IF your on the package with your ticket, food and room all in one, because all that is one key. If your just using magical express and doing your ticket seperate you can just go to the parks, but you'll have to check your baggage! I would say you'll be in the parks by noon 1p at the latest.. .ONLY becuase it takes a while to load the luggage on the bus then get to the resort, maybe check in the bus to a park! HAVE FUN

If you check in first, you will get your Key to the World card, which will be your room key as well as your park ticket. It generally takes several hours to get your bags when you use Magical Express; they will be at your resort and delivered to the room you are assigned. I would recommend either carrying a change of clothing and/or whatever you need in a carry on bag or picking up a bag prior to checking in for Magical Express. The hotel will hold any of your bags at the resort. I would plan on a minimum of 2 hours for the process, depending on how busy it is at the resort. It can take 20-30 minutes to get an Express to the resort from the airport, and Disney World is a bit of a drive from the airport. Don't forget to attach the Magical Express luggage tags to your bags - have a great trip!

No matter what, check in when you get to your resort. You can have everything set up, including getting your Keys to the World, your passes paid for (if they are not already in your package), dining plan(if you have one) and the like, then have the resort hold your carry on bags and hit the parks. I am not sure how long it will take, depends on the number of people coming in at that time. When I go in April, my flight lands around 10:30am. We are hoping to be in one of the parks right after lunch. Our plan is similar, but we are going to eat before we head out. Our hope is the room will be ready and the luggage in there when we get back later in the day.

Have a great trip!!

Check in isn't until 3pm (where you can enter your room, etc...), but your bags are still held at the resort for you. And if you signed up with the Disney Dining Plan, you have to check in in order to receive your key to the world card. I recommend you check in, regardless. You should be done and ready to head out to a park no later than noon, provided traffic is good.

The take you to the hotel, not a park. The process is;
*You go to the magical express section of the airport
*They put you in a line, and you will get on your bus to your HOTEL in about 30 min or less.
*Depending on your hotel, you could be on the bus for 30-60 min
*You get a tour of all of the disney hotels while waiting for yours while on the bus
*Once you get to your hotel, you must check in, get your room, you can buy park passes etc
*You could probably go to a park at this point while waiting for your room
***THE BAGS ARRIVE IN YOUR ROOM

****************If you arrive at 9:30, id say you could get to a park by 12:30-1

It would be best to check-in first so you can recieve your Keys to the World and have the best chance at having any specific room location requests honored at your resort since some rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis. However, due to your early arrival, you can go to the park first if you want but make sure you call the resort directly so they know your current status and an estimated check-in time. If you have any further questions I recommend you call WDW directly at:
