You need to provide a better explanation of what you need. I do not understand, "how many citys of asheville would that be." Do you mean how many cities are named asheville in Iceland? I also do not understand "how many school buses." Do you mean how many school buses are in Iceland? You can find the size of Iceland in virtually any atlas--they usually provide square mileage information. It is also on the web. According to wikipedia, its total area is 103,000 km² or 39,770 sq mi, of which 2.7% is water. See the site below.

307,261 is the population of Iceland.
72,231 is the population of asheville, North Carolina.
4.25 Ashevilles would be one iceland, population-wise.
Your might be needing square mileage. You should specify precisely what you need in your question, and be careful, you should have also said the state... I will help you this time, but be more careful.
Asheville is 41.3 Square miles...
Iceland is 39,770 Square miles...
Iceland is 963 times the size of Asheville... (cities don't compare well to countries usually ;) )
As far as school buses, that's going to be population related... you'd have to do a "proportion".
I don't know how many school buses Asheville requires. I understand this to be a super-simplified problem, so we'll just go by population (even though average age, children per household, and population distribution would have to be calculated in order to arrive at an accurate estimate)...
For instance, if Asheville currently needs 300 School buses to service all the kids in Asheville... you can see that iceland is 4.25 times larger from the population, so it needs 4.25 TIMES as many school buses... so you just multiply 4.25 by the number of School Buses in Asheville.
4.25 * 300 = 1275 School buses for Iceland.
Now when you do your homework, find out how many school buses Asheville currently needs, and use that instead of 300. Also, find out if you need to do any critical thinking...
Surely since iceland's population is spread out over much more area, more school buses will be needed to get the job done, since they can't all be as filled up as Asheville's (one Iceland schoolbus might only be able to get 15 kids to school, but it still has to run anyway, while 1 Asheville schoolbus might be able to make 2 trips and take 45 kids).
Anyway, i hope that helped.
