Goths, where did you work. Did you want to feel 'fit in'?

I don't think there's one specific place, but I'll tell you about the goths I know. My husband works as the head of the A/V department at a college, my ex is a high school English teacher, I used to be a librarian and a wedding consultant, other goth friends' jobs include working at a coffee shop, freelance artist, housewife, law office secretary, web designer, and nightclub bartender.

Goths can work any where. You might see a lot at Hot Topic though. But yea goths don't all work in one specific place.

i know how you feel my boyfriend and i had that same problem he now works and a skateboard shop and i work at a cafe/pastry shop the key is to look at up and coming places if their new their likely to hire just about anyone but the pay might not start out good but it gets better. bookshops cafe some restaurants too. look for stuff that seems eclectic and fun. good luck

my husband is in the Air Force and he knows this goth guy in the Air Force, he's not really friends with him because the guy is a complete geek, but the guy wears all black, ripped mesh shirts, chains etc. He told the guy one day "man you must take longer then my wife does to get dressed"
