This will stop many black Churches from campaigning for liberals and will probably have a positive effect on our system of government. Our constitution does not include any language separating church and state, that was in the constitution of the now defunked USSR

Yes, it is fair. There should be separation of church and state.
If churches and religious groups want to play in the political arena, then said churches and religious groups should have to pay for the privilege like the rest of us.
If this bill passes, then it will be a good thing for the government.

This has little to do with the seperation of church and state.
This is simple common sense-if faith-based groups are going to engage in lobbying, they should conform to the same rules and requirements as any other lobbying group.

There should be this separation...is there? No. Will there ever be? No. Why? Because the Church's have too much power over our Government.
Yes, if they are going to politicize their church and back certain politicians, they should be taxed.

There is no law in the US requiring Seperation of Church and State. Thats a myth created by communist based outfits like the ACLU. (Yes, the were founded by ex-soviet communists in 1923).

That would be fair. If these religious organizations want to act like lobbyists then they need to be treated like lobbyists.

Well, it would be a good way to get the religious organizations off our backs and our lawmakers to leave their religion at home.
Otherwise, we should end tax-exempt status for religious organizations, period.
