Usually, the local CBS affiliate will pick the game featuring a team either from the area or in the conference that is most associated with the area. In your case, that will probably be the Big East. If neither team fits in those categories, then they'll pick the best match-up of the bunch, and usually that involves a #1 seed. The best way to know is to either check in the local newspaper, go to the station's web page, or just call the main phone number and ask whoever answers.

It seems like this is always changing in the past. Its best to go on your local CBS station's web site to see the games they will pick up

Deepending on what you have you will get games from ESPN and ESPN2 and your local channels. Like I said, it depends what you have.
