Luxembourg or the U.S. depending on how you judge. In non-monetary wealth, the U.S. has them all beat by a mile.

Luxembourg is richest by GDP per capita. But obviously in terms of overall national wealth, the United States is the richest--its GDP is three times the number two country, Japan.
