It all depends on your situation. If you are in prehistoric times standing below a Tyrannisourus Rex, and the big unfriendly dinosaur sneezes (and of course, his little arms are to small to cover his mouth), you might have something in your hair.
May I suggest washing your hair, and giving that dinosaur one heck of a lovely tissue.
