come on if people are stupid enough to phone them ... the t.v. company's generally tell you how much its gonna cost . Surely a person with average intelligence will realise that with even the thickest of viewers able to answer the questions what the actual chance of winning will be.

They can charge what they want because I would never ring a TV program, you've got about 0.2% chance of getting through. They make so much money out of bewildered people who are either drunk or terminally stupid enough to ring them.
