I usually Drive out to the middle of nowhere and scream in the car. Yes, it helps, but my throat get sore. Then I have a new problem

I've never walked out in the middle of nowhere but I have buried my head in my pillow and screamed.

No, but I have taken a drive, stuck my head out the window, and screamed my lungs out, and it helped a lot.

I couldn't tell you how many times I've wanted to do that. It works for about a minute. Then you get a sore throat from screaming...lol.

Sure did......but if people are around, they will look at you like you are nuts!
Honestly, all it really does is give you a quick release of some pent up energy and you actually feel somewhat better afterwards.
Do it.....shake it off.....then try to focus on things that don't get you all rattled.

no! when i am stressed, i simply kick the crap out of person who is pissingme off! i put hem in hospital for 6 months, and then tell them, maybe next time, fool, you will see things my way!!! this makes me feel better! screaming won't work with fools! only good, physical punishment will get their attention!

yea it does!!. but i usualy yell at the cardinals games expeshily when we lost to chicago that night was full of screams i got in like 4 fights that night it was awesome!! then i went home and had some good drunkin sex
