I don't have internet capability on my phone so i can't go to cingular.com or places like that. and i want them to be cheap or free. no monthly payments. I would like to keep it in a 3 dollar range.

Is your phone Bluetooth enabled? If it is, you might be able to send a ringtone to your phone that way. If not, do you have a data cable that works with your phone? You could hook your phone up to your computer and download ringtones to your phone. If there's no data cable because it's a much older phone, I believe you're stuck with what you have now.

sorry to declare you cant except you bought a telephone like me the walkman slide what i do is visit myxertones and get carry of the iphone ringtone and your a software that got here with m telephone and positioned it on right here in a mp3 format yet you like a usb 2 your telephone

you can get ringtones from other fones with the help ofbluetooth or infrared or you can go to http://www.iceskimo.com and give your fone number and then it will send a message to your fone and then you need to send it back to the website and they will send you a ringtone. This process seems to be long but trust me it is easy.
