I am always amazed by this one...
I am inclined to think that either (a) he was amazingly psychic and saw his death coming, or (b) he did fake his own death.
It can also be that he TRIED to fake his own death and actually died trying too...
But, it could be real... He could be hanging with Elvis on that private island...
