and me aswell!

Woke up today and had 2 ibuprofen, and carried on with my usual activities. I use special silicone cup and pad so no having to worry about leaking all the time.
Went for a bikeride and half way remembered I was on!

So exercise helps me and tablets.
There are books for Yoga specially for period pain.

Just had 2 more ibuprofen as pain coming back.
Heat pad's are good too.

If you have tablets always read the label and don't exceed stated dose. They might take a little while to work but should help you. If in doubt go to doctor.

Hope you feel better soon.

Me too :( For right now take some Advil and put a hot pad on your back and tummy. Try to lay down or relax by rocking (I know it sounds weird but, the movement seems to relax my muscles)

Ask a gynecologist. If you get really painful periods regularly you may want to try birth control. You may also have something more serious that needs to be addressed.

Be active - the pain will soon go if you don't think about it.
If it still carries on, wrap up a hot water bottle in some towels and place it on your stomach, or take a hot bath and a nice cup of cocoa.
