well - Pastries centuries ago.
sex - long time ago. Was even in one of the Farrelly bros movies - outside providence - although in a slightly different take - "sex is like a chinese dinner - its not over until you both get your cookie". Probably goes way back to when song writers had to be creative instead of just vulgar to get the songs released.
driving - even longer at least the 70s. "doing a cookie" was the term I learned also a donut, or 'flippin a b&%$#" - keeping the front wheels pretty stationary and burning teh rears loose in a circular to make a great big circular skid mark.
