Like a temporary cd burner or something similar or would it be cheaper to buy one

u can get a usb cd burner if u have usb2.0 ... but an internal would be cheaper ...

If you are talking about Physically burning songs to a CD you have to have a CD burner...there's no other way of doing it.

USB/jump/flash drives are cheep if you just want to trasfer the data. If you really want it on a CD put it on a USB drive go to someone who has a cd burner. A 512MB - 1GB flash drive are the best value for the prices now. I saw one gig drive for $15. and CD holds only 700MB. If you want a walkman type of thing just get an MP3 player not that cheep. and its not CPU ---its PC

Internal CD burners are under $20. If you watch sales, you can even find external ones in that price range.
