I have cleared 1st and 2nd Year for my Graduation. However, during my 3rd year I could only clear 2 papers. Now, my 7 years for finishing my graduation are over. Can I still re-appear?

You need to contact University officials and get answers.Only they can advice you better in this regard.

if u r not eligible to re-appear for the exam in the present university.check with the other Universities.The Maximum duration to complete a degree course can vary from University to University.talk to ur University people then move on and re-join to 3rd year BA as u have already cleared 2rd year degree.

Kidda Bhaji? you should contact your uni. for this info. I think there are some universities who offer addmission in final year if you show any proof of completion of 1st and 2nd year. I'm not sure about name......
