I love your question, and I hope you are trying to be silly and not really chill-challenged. Light some candles in a dark room, put on some slow music and think of the most meaningless things you can. You will be chilling.

No one can tell you how to "chill" because no one knows you better then you do. And "chilling" could mean different things for different people. Whatever it is it has to help you relax, unwind, and enjoy your time away from work, everyday stress, or everyone around you. Some people "chill" by curling up on the couch with a nice book and a cup of herbal tea, some hit the gym, some knit, draw, fish, listen to music, or play cards or do other things with friends and family, and etc. Just remember, whatever the "chill" is it has to be enjoyable to you. Good luck!

You need to kind of clear your mind and relax. Sometimes it helps to just sit with friends enjoying the conversation. Chilling is different to everyone. To me, it is just relaxing and not stressing out about anything. I like to go somewhere by myself such as a lake with ducks. Bring some bread to feed them and just watch them paddle around. It is relaxing and that is what I consider chilling.

watch a funny movie. play a fun video game. get some air at the local park that has a pond and birds and don't forget to breathe in the oxygen. then just see how quickly you will relax. the beach is also a great place. the waves, the breeze, the sun. don't forget the sunscreen. or shoot some hoops, go bowling, put on your favorite music while you do some chores. it's amazing.

If you want to "chill". Just sit and relax. Watch your favorite television program, play a video game, or do something that brings joy to your life. "Chilling" doesn't mean you have to calm down and do nothing. It means to do something that you enjoy doing, that is as long it is not hurting anyone else or offensive to anyone else.

If people are telling you to chill then you are over reacting to what is going on. They want you to just back out of the situation and to stop fussing over it. Relax and don't worry about the details. There is no need to get upset over what is going on.
Being a cool dude is just being yourself. No need to do exactly what everyone else is.

The word chill comes from the concept of being 'cool'. One of those things that you get or you don't. Sorry.

Don't know what you're asking.
I know I could never chill because as if I weren't a hyper kid, I had a hormone imbalance all of my twenties that sent me FLYING high- and it was all natural.
So, there's no need to be COOL
or CHILL
but just be you.

If you are a Leo forget it. They work til the sit down then they sleep. They also tend to drink a bit to calm down. If you are serious you may need anti-anxiety meds. When my granddaughter is here, it saves my life.
