Help! I have oily skin and right below my nose on both sides on on each side of my chin, it's always red, and sometimes flaky and itchy. Is there a skin product that doesn't cost a fortune that will resolve this problem? It's not rosacea.

The body shop has really nice moisturizers which are very good for dry skin (And they are quite cheap) or a face moisturizer just before you go to bed!

You may have dermatitis or eczema and your doctor would be the best person to make that call. If it is, there are prescription creams to address the flaking and itching. If you address the underlying issue you can then use whatever moisturizing product you can afford.
