Is anti matter considered a physical, nonphysical, anti physical or other substance?

As a matter of fact: antimatter is matter with an opposite charge.

Electrons are negatively charged while positrons (antimater's electrons are positively charged)

Protons are positively charged, while anti-protons (or antimatter's protons) are negatively charged!

Physical. There could be whole universes made of that crap.

Incidentally, to clarify other comments, there are more significant differences between matter and antimatter than just charge.
