Demand a SUBSTANTIAL raise and remind the boss of how indespensible you are right now.
If you're not sufficiently appreciated, it may be time to take a walk.
(I actually did this once.)

Start looking for another job. It's only a matter of time before the company is going under due to financial problems. Get out now while there's a chance at finding something better with a good recommendation.

Cat would qwit. After finding another job, of course. And Cat would make that a priority. One needs to keep up a steady supply of Catfood...or dawgfood in the case of the King Rusty. And Dragonjools do not come cheep!

I guess I would stick it out till this weekend.
When the Sunday paper came, I'd get crackin' on finding me another job. I'd start typing my resume (or just print it out if there's already one written) and I'd deliver it to any and all prospective employers.
Upon the receipt of a new job offer, I'd excuse myself on that day for a Doctor's appointment, and once I was sure I was hired, I'd tell the old boss to _______ my ______.

I do work in an office...and I would look for another job immediately (if the problems didn't come from the employees and was an attempt at saving money).

It happened to me. I stayed. I should definitely have left with the other 50%. The company is now out of business.

That happened at my previous place before, but I was happy. In sales, that means more territory, which means more $. If I wasn't in sales, I'd start looking elsewhere. Doesn't sound like a very sound company.

I'd still have my job because there's only two of us in the "office staff" and the boss is my Dad!!

I'd probably ask for a raise, since I'd be doing most of the work.
