We just moved into this house and were told a little later that on of the previous owners had hung himself in the basement. I hear noises, see shadows and sometimes doors open and close. Its sooo weird! But we havent ever felt threatened! So we will stay.

Lol As I was writing this I heard footsteps and the cabinets opening and closing. There is noone in the house but me.

I don't think he is a bad ghost though. I have never felt my hair stand up, or ever felt genuinely scared.

Did you start hearing noises, etc. before or after you were told?
I did live in one house, that these things happened all the time. (yeah I know people think I am crazy), but honestly I have watched items move. things get rearranged, and once I saw a girl ( i thought it was my daughter) go into my room, when i called my daughter she answered from another part of the house. truly odd things happened in that house.

Yes, I have. No joke. And the house was new too. We decided something was buried underneath (after we had some wine) and had a pastor come (didn't work but he agreed) and my little churchy Mama eventually came, mad as hell at the situation and the entity and bawled something out and sprinkled stuff----such excitement------and then it finally left. It was just in one area. My kids remember it and we damn sure do too, yet we don't believe in ghosts!!
We do believe in residual evil.

Yes, we built another house in the country with no neighbors and my mother blessed the ground with Holy Oil from her Israel trip before the house was even built!! True. Hey! You asked. We're Weird. Everybody needs a little churchy mother!! You Never Know!!

No, but my dad does. I thought it was just a bunch of silliness until I had to stay there for a week when my little sister got married last April. It seems they are haunted by a rather freindly ghost they have affectionatley named Andy. I was ok with it until one night when I happened to be the alone and all kinds of strange (but relatively harmless) things started happening. It scared the bejingles out of me when I was on the phone with my hubby and caught a glimpse of Andy standing in the family room about 40 feet away from me. Turns out it was just my own reflection in my dad's big screen tv.

Yes. My cat use to talk to a corner of the bedroom. Cleaned that area continuously thinking it was a bug or dust. One day, for 3 seconds I saw the ghost, a female servant going back to the 1800's. When the cat eventually died (old age), we buried him on the grounds with his friend. It rained so hard that day and the weathermen had no explanations why. We knew! Good luck with your new facility. Try to take some pictures, if you are brave enough.

WOW, you are very brave for staying there, I would run away the second I found out about that! I lived in an apartment number 13 once, and nothing good happened there, my whole family had health problems that nobody could explain. Almost all of us almost died! Sorry if I scared you, just sharing experiences:) You will be ok!

I did once. On the first night I felt strange presences and hearing weird noises. I said right out loud, we are not here to hurt you. we just want to live here for a while. After that, everything was pretty much fun. Ghosts would sometimes steal my keys when i was running late for work. It liked to play tricks like that on us.

Well I think my house is haunted... I havn't seen a ghost or anything yet.... But.... My daughter who was 3 at the time used to talk to poeple and my bedroom lamp would turn on by iteslf all the time. I would tell them to shiut it off when they were done... but I had a lazy ghost.

I heard from Sylvia Browne to just tell them to go home.

I am working in a haunted antique store. There are drawers that open themselves. Music boxes that play randomly at will and shadows dodging all over the place. Recently there was a new roof put on. The energy chaos in the building was wild. We told them all to settle down and the racket would be over soon. It worked.
