I think i may have found what you're looking for using Yahoo! Search. From the URL below, it looks like the CJ Z31 part number is:

CJ Z31

12G1827 (FRU # - field replaceable unit)

70D0211 (MFG # - Manufacturing unit)

30V - 830mA - 300mA input
