I've been married for over a year and still no orgasm. I get started and nothing ever goes beyond a certain point. I want to have that special bond with my husband. What can I do?

When it comes to orgasm, woman is way more complicated than man. Mother nature has desinged woman in such a way that she should stay interested till the act of sex is over. Also, since sence of security and confidence play a huge part in woman's arousal, Orgasm can always be a tricky thing for a woman to achieve. However, there are ways in which you can achieve orgasm.

First of all, dont just undress and just let him thrust it in. Play for a while. Enjoy teasing him....enjoy getting teased. Build up an apetite for the pleasure. spice up things. Wait till your body begs for sex. Undressing, kissing, lickibg, caressing, hugging biting...Your aim should be to have fun and enjoy the fullness of the intimacy with your man....not getting it inside you.

Open up....Some women simply wont do that. Tell him that you like it this way, tell him you love it when he does that. Tell him to discontinue doing that. Tell him how to do that. The best way for your husband to know your level of arousal is by communicating with him. Communication need not always be vocal. Some women think that being demanding is considered 'too bold'...there is nothing like that. Its you and he's your man, so unleash yourself.

Oral sex is very important as well as enjoyable. Its difficult for a woman to reach orgasm through direct penetration. But few women dont reach their climax if excited orally. Have him excite your clitoris with his tongue if he doesnt mind or else with his fingers atleast.

Its said that there are 4 triggers of orgasm for a woman.
Clitoral orgasm
vaginal orgasm
g-spot orgasm
anal orgasm

G-spot orgasm is different from normal vaginal orgasm but they both are yet closely related. Gspot can easily be hit by having sex in certain rear entry positions (where he penetrated your vagina from behind) like doggy, spooning, or cowgirl position.
If you dont mind being adventurous, then Anal spincter itself is a place of complex nerve endings plus it shares that nerves that are connected to the vagina. But be sure to be careful about hygene if you are going for the rear.

Something lik 90% of women do not orgasm through penetration so you are not at all unusual. Most women only orgasm through clitorial stimulation. While you are having intercourse either have your boyfriend stimulate your clitoris or you do it. You might even want to try using something like a silver bullet (small vibrator that looks like a silver egg). Have you tried oral sex? Try a vibrator with clitoral stimulation as well.

No orgasm during sex...or no orgasm at all. Get a vibrator. Seriously. Or does your husband do oral?

Use your fingers on your clitoris while he is banging away. Maybe you're not doing enough foreplay. Anyway, its obvious your cl-it needs special attention.
