I bought a Logitech Quickcam for notebooks and it works. But it is SO light sensitive. And if there's not enough bright light, the pic will come out fuzzy-looking. I can't change the lighting in my apartment, the light bulbs just don't shine that bright.

You will need a few steps up from Quickcam Notebook.
You want a logitech webcam with the right lite 2 technology, the quickcam pro 5000 would probably be your best bet for a quality low lite performer.....
I had a friend with the logitech orbit, and even in low lite, this cam makes high quality pictures.....
